小学部外教3月份展示课活动总结
In March, the demonstration classes of foreign teachers came to a successful conclusion, and it lasted more than two weeks.During these days , we saw the foreign teachers' teaching ability and teaching level has greatly improved.The theme of demonstration is "Lesson with heterogeneous ", each of the two foreign teachers use the same topic in the same grade of different class.
3月份，小学部外教展示课活动如期开展。此次展示课持续了两周多，在这两周多的时间里，我们看到了外教老师们的教学能力和教学水平有很巨大的提升。本月展示的主题是”同课异构”，即每两位外教老师针对同一教学内容进行教学和活动设计。
The first group of teachers with the same topic is Stuart and Kelly. Theirs topic is” letter clusters.” . First of all, Kelly showed us a very different demo compare with previous ones in international class 2, grade 2. The pupils performed very well. The foreign teacher Stuart in class(6) grade 2 showed us a very lively and interesting one which is opened up with a fresh outlook.The performance and interaction between the teacher and the children is quite amazing.They sing the songs ,play the games and read the book together.In particular, the part of teamwork which is really really awesome. The pupils are trained to form groups in a few seconds and were ready to finish their task.
第一组同课异构的老师是Stuart和Kelly。他们所讲的题目是：字母组合的发音。首先Kelly老师在国二2班给我们展示了一节极具个人风格的英语课。单词的图片和全英定义讲解让孩子们充分理解阅读材料，二（2）班的孩子们的表现相当不错。随后外教Stuart老师在国二（6）给我们展示了一节非常生动有趣，别开生面的英语课。孩子们的表现和老师的互动也是相当惊人的。孩子们和老师一起唱英文歌，做游戏。每个孩子的精神面貌都非常的好。尤其是小组合作的环节一听到老师的指令，孩子们立即移动座位，进入角色变成了小组的形式。真的是让人眼前一亮。最后展示的环节也是锦上添花，孩子们在小组长和老师的帮助下都顺利的完成了任务。
The second group of heterogeneous classes is Mercy and Chantalle. And theirs topic is “ phonics - ea sound”. Mercy and Chantalle gave us a high-quality, high level English classes respectively , they have theirs own highlights and advantages as well which make us so impressed. Chantalle’s activity for reviewing the time’s expreesison is so interesting and special. Mercy’s way to practice the words the odd one is out which is really funny . We learned a lot from these two classes.
第二组同课异构的老师是Mercy和Chantalle.她们此次的话题是：”关于ea的发音”，Mercy和Chantalle老师分别在国3（4）和国3（2）各上了一节高质量，高水准的英语课，各有亮点，各有千秋。Chantalle老师练习认时间的游戏“找伙伴”至今还历历在目。而Mercy老师在PPT上呈现复习单词的方法“找类别”更是让人叹为观止，学生们都听得全神贯注，看得目不转睛。所有听课的学生和老师们都受益匪浅.
Followed by foreign teachers Mustafid, Freddy, Ian were carried out theirs demo classes one by one. The foreign teachers expand their horizons, enrich the art of education and teaching through these demos. This is a collision of wisdom.Comparing with each other, teachers have been thinking about the teaching methods. The ability has been greatly improved, but also realized their own shortcomings, and the strengths of others, teachers continue to explore, in practice, constantly improve teaching skill and classroom management. In conclusion, compared with the last semester, the foreign teacher’s teaching ability have been improved a lot
随后外教Mustafid，Freddy ,Ian依次进行了本月的展示课，他们精心设计教学流程、有效组织课堂活动，课堂氛围融洽，师生互动和谐，均取得了良好的教学效果。
通过本月的同课异构活动，外教们拓宽了教学思路，分享并学习了更多有效的教学方法，在教学上得到了一次大大地磨练，能力得到了很大的提升，同时也看到了自己的不足和努力方向。外教们在实践中不断探索，不断总结，不断改进课堂教学。我们期待下一次的外教展示课活动！
