The autumn is so sool, the heady fragranre of laurel blossoms was wafted through the fresh air. All the foreigner teachers from Wei Ming school Dong xi hu campus met the first training at Guang gu school on 29^th october.

　秋风送爽、丹桂飘香，8月29号上午八点半，武汉为明学校小学部全体外教欢聚在光谷校区，迎来了新一学期的第一次培训。

Today, the main content of this training is about the distribution of wonders and how to use the textbook more efficiently. Therefore all the foreign teachers could have a better understanding of Wonders courses and teaching methods. During the training , the teachers communicate with each other and discuss the problem they met among past classes.

今天题培训的主要内容是Wonders教材的使用及其内容的分布。使得外教老师们对Wonders课程及教学方法有进一步了解，互相交流和讨论。培训的过程当中对于平时授课过程中出现的一些问题外教们展开了激烈的讨论。

After the whole morning ,the training was done. Then all the foreign teachers went back their office and started another task for the new term. ----Decorate the classrooms.

培训结束后，外教们回到办公室开始了新学期下一个任务的准备――布置教室。

After discussion and deliberation of the whole afternoon,the foreign teachers made up theirs mind. Early in the second morning. The foreign teachers bought a variety of materials back to office for the decoration, including all kinds of color paper, cardboard, crayons, rope, Mark pen, glue ect.Next step, the foreign teacher developed theirs creativity and imagination to acheive the goal.

经过了一下午的讨论和深思熟虑，第二天一大早。外教们就买来了各种材料，包括各种颜色的彩o，卡纸，彩笔，绳子，马克笔，胶水等等。接下来，为了把教室布置得更好，外教老师就开始尽情地发挥了她们的创造力和想象力。

Through the training activity of Wonders. All the foreign teachers have further understanding and improvement on teaching methods. This is also an exchange of western culture and personal views. In addition,the layouts and designs of the classrooms have been successfully completed.

通过本次Wonders的培训活动，外教对Wonders课程及教学方法有进一步了解和提高。这也是一次外教老师们对西方文化和理念的交流与切磋。此外，教室的布置和设计也已经圆满完成，外教老师们的创意和诚意给孩子们带来无限的惊喜。
