外教教研，精彩纷呈
Making foreign teachers get to know more about the teaching objectives,and learn from mutual communication, we had our teaching and research activities of foreign teachers in the SSRW conference room on September 19th.All the foreign teachers and parts of the Chinese English teachers joined the activity. The host of this activity is Miss Zhao , who is the director of the international department primary school.
为了使外籍教师在教学中更加契合我校的教学目标，在交流中互学互助，9月19日上午，小学部全体外教在SSRW会议室召开了外教教研活动。全体外籍教师教以及部分中教英语老师参加了此次教研活动，活动由小学国际部主任赵静主持.
The Teaching and Research Committee aims to introduce the basic situation, curriculum, materials, classes and regulations of the school to the new foreign teachers.Meanwhile ,try to understand the foreign teachers on the teaching modes of the opinions and suggestions to strengthen their teaching ability. Therefore ,we could promote the teaching work to achieve better results.
本次教研会会旨在向新n教介绍我校基本情况，课程设置，教材内容，班型介绍，以及学校的规章制度。关心外籍教师在我校的工作情况，并同时了解外籍教师关于教学方式等方面的意见以及建议，加强中外教师的密切配合与衔接，从而促使外教教学工作能够取得更好的成果。
The discussion focuses on how to use Wonders, SSRW, Bright, Readers more effectively. So that we could improve our students' spoken English ability.Teacher Stuart shared his teaching experience in spoken English class and put forward some problems.For example, when you teach sentences,which word you should teach first ,and how to make it easier for students to understand. The rest of foreign teachers also shared theirs teaching experiences. And how to do classroom management through different cultural background.
讨论主要围绕如何更有效使用Wonders,SSRW,Bright Readers 等教材，提升学生英语综合能力，如何设计课堂活动以及提高学生学习积极性展开。Stuart老师分享了自己的教学经验，并提出了遇到的一些问题。比如，如何寻找每个句子的中的关键词，通过关键词帮助学生理解并完成整句表达。另外中外老师还分享了自己的授课体会，以及如何有效组织课堂，进行课堂教学的经验；提出了在不同的文化背景下，中外教师巴庥锏慕萄Р嘀氐恪⑹诳畏绞胶头绺竦牟煌之处，大家畅所欲言，讨论气氛热烈。
The communication and exchange between Chinese and English teachers were strengthened through this teaching and research activities. At the same time,It has promoted the development of our English Teaching effectively.
这次教研活动明确了教学要求，加强了中外教师的沟通及v流，拉近中外教师的关系，同时也有力地推动了我校英语教学工作的开展。
