On March 9, the International Department of Wuhan Weiming Primary School launched the first collective teaching and research meeting of foreign teachers. Mr. Jack Liao, the Vice Principal of Wuhan Weiming school, Miss Wang Yu, Deputy Director of International Department of Primary School, Teacher Zhang Juan lan, Head of English teaching and research group of primary school, Teacher Liu Xiaoyan, the co-worker of foreign teachers attended this conference.
3月9日，武汉为明学校小学国际部开展了本学期第一次外教教学教研活动。武汉为明学校校长助理兼小学部主任廖杰先生、小学部教学副主任王喻女士、小学部英语教研组长张娟兰老师和外教干事刘晓艳老师出席了本次教研活动。在本次教研活动上对本学期外教教学工作计划进行了细致的讲解和研讨。
At the beginning of the conference, Stuart, Director of Foreign teachers in the International Department of primary school, delivered a welcome speech to all colleagues and welcomed them back to the school. Then he explained the key points and activities of this term in details, including the lesson plans, classroom management, power school operation and learning, as well as the problems existing in the foreign teachers' classes, and discussed the solutions to the problems.
会议伊始，小学国际部外教主管Stuart向各位同仁们致欢迎词，欢迎大家返回学校。接着他就外教的本学期的相关重点工作和活动安排做了详细地解说，包括新学期计划，课堂管理，Power school的操作和学习，并反思了外教课堂存在的问题，以及对问题解决方案进行了讨论。
During the conference, the Vice Principal Mr. Jack Liao highly affirmed the teaching work of foreign teachers in last semester, and gave the important suggestions and guidance to the work of this semester.
会议中，廖校长对于上学期外教的教学工作给予了高度的肯定，以及对本学期的工作，给予重要的建议和指导。同时对学部外籍教师提出了具体的工作要求和目标。
This meeting further clarifies the direction of English Teaching in Primary School, enriches classroom teaching activities, and believes that in the new semester, students' interest in English learning and practical ability will be further improved. Through this activity, foreign teachers have made full preparations for the following work schedule of the term. We enthusiastically continue to move forward with new goals.
此次教研活动，进一步明确了小学部英语特色教学的方向，丰富了课堂教学活动，相信在新的学期，学生的英语学习兴趣和实践运用能力将得到进一步的提高。通过此次教研，外教老师们对于新学期的工作安排已经做好了充分的准备。在新的学期伊始之际，我们带着新的目标，继续前行。
