小学国际部外教研讨会
为进一步提升外教教师的教学能力，明确本学期教育目标及发展方向。2021年9月7日下午，武汉为明小学国际部召开本学期第一次教研会议。
In order to furtherly improve the teaching ability of foreign teachers, clear the educational goals and development direction of this semester. On the afternoon of September 7, 2021, the international Department of Wuhan Weiming Primary School held the first teaching and research meeting of this semester.
外教组长Stue 从办学宗旨，新学期计划和可能存在的问题三个方面进行本次会议的展开。
Stue, the foreign teacher group leader, started the meeting from three aspects: school mission statement, new semester plan and possible problems.
Stue组长将为明的拼音转化为7个单词对为明的办学宗旨进行解读。“W”代表“World Citizenship”，世界公民，在了解中国悠久的历史前提下，也要开拓眼界，放眼外面的美好世界。“E”代表“Excellence”，卓越，专注目标并坚持不懈。“I”代“Introductions”，勤奋，为挑战寻求创造性的方案。“M”代表“Motivated”，积极，要满怀热情的对待每次机会。“I”代表“Independent”，做到自律和成熟。“N”代表“Noble”，高尚，以高尚的人格为学生树立榜样。“G”代表“Grit”，决心，接受反馈并不断完善自己。就是这七个单词的首字母构成了“WEIMING”，构成了国际部先进且具开创性的办学理念。
Stue explained the purpose of the school by converting the pinyin of Wei Ming into seven words. "W" stands for "World Citizenship". On the premise of understanding the long history of China, global citizens should also open their eyes to outside World.The E stands for Excellence, focus and persistence. "I" is for Introductions,seek creative solutions to challenges. "M" stands for Motivated. Treat every opportunity with enthusiasm. The "I" stands for "Independent", self-disciplined and mature. "N" stands for "Noble", Noble personality to set a good example for students. "G" stands for "Grit", determination, accepting feedback and constantly improving yourself. The first letters of these seven words form "WEIMING" and form the international Department's advanced and groundbreaking educational philosophy.
在新学期的教学安排计划上，Stue组长从新学期的考试安排计划，Demo展示课，英语角等多方面进行细致的安排。老师们互相讨论，提出了很多建设性的建议，老师们从中受益匪浅，并对之后的教学有了更明确的方向。
In terms of the teaching arrangement plan of the new semester, Mr. Stue made detailed arrangements for the examination arrangement plan, Demo class, English corner and other aspects of the new semester. The teachers discussed with each other and put forward a lot of constructive suggestions, from which the teachers benefited a lot and had a clearer direction for the future teaching.
最后Stue组长对在接下来的教学活动之中可能存在的问题进行一一讲解，并提出了实在可行的解决方案，做到了未雨绸缪。真正的从根源上解决了可能会发生的问题。
In the end, Stue explained the possible problems in the following teaching activities one by one and put forward feasible solutions to prepare for a rainy day. It really solves the problem that might happen from the root.
新的学期，新的征程。通过不断地探索和改进，外教团队变得更加优秀。希望新的一学年，他们会给我们带来更多的惊喜。
The new semester, the new journey. Through continuous exploration and improvement, the foreign teacher team becomes more excellent. I hope they will bring us more surprises in the new school year.
